Our Mission is to Make Your Life Better
We have a mission we fully believe in and strive toward every single day: “To enhance the quality of life for patients with foot, ankle, and lower leg problems. We apply innovative technology for the best solutions to improve your health.”
Your feet and ankles are some of the hardest working parts of your body. If you’re like most people, though, they’re also your most neglected. The feet support your body weight and the pressure of your footsteps and strenuous activities every day. Over time, this can take a serious toll and contribute to painful problems. To both avoid injuries and manage issues that arise, you need to invest in your foot care—which is exactly what we are here to help you do.
Welcome to Your First Visit
The first time in a new doctor’s office can be a bit overwhelming and nerve-wracking. Our goal is to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible. We highly value your time, so we strive to be on time, every single time. To make this easier, we ask that you arrive early to take care of any paperwork and pre-appointment information we may require. You’ll need to bring and show us any medical insurance cards you have as well as a photo ID when you first check in. After that, we’ll help you with the New Patient forms. We’ve also provided downloadable versions of these forms that you can print and bring with your to your appointment to speed up the process even more.
When we escort you back to an exam room, we’ll take some time to discuss your medical history and get to know you a little. We’ll ask about your current foot and ankle concerns and talk through any questions you have. We want to make sure we hear and understand your concerns, so we can help you address them and get the best possible care for your feet and ankles. After your evaluation and diagnosis, we’ll work with you to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. We’ll be with you every step of the recovery process.
Information is Empowering
It’s hard to make good decisions about your health when you don’t understand what is happening in your lower limbs or what the conditions mean. We believe the best care happens when you work with us. For that to happen, however, we have to educate you about your foot pain and what you can expect.
That is part of why we are dedicated to listening to your concerns. That’s also why we have put together a library of information for you here on our website, and are happy to answer direct questions you may have. We highly encourage you to take a few minutes to learn more about your foot or ankle pain. We also ask that you bring to your appointment your regular shoes, a current list of medications, and any other information that could help us understand you and your lower limbs better. Don’t hesitate to connect with us online or by calling the office with your questions, either.
Whether you’re an athlete, senior, parent, teen, or working adult with foot pain, we are here to help. We know for a fact you don’t have to live in discomfort. Dr. Noah Levine, along with the whole staff, look forward to meeting and serving you. Use the online contact forms or call (702) 839-2010 today to start your journey to better foot health.
